2023 marks the first year I ever actually chose a "Word of the Year". If you're new to this concept, it's an intention you set at the beginning of a new year.I approached it in a spiritual way by listening to my intuition and allowing whatever word or phrase to come up.To be honest, I wasn't thrilled with what surfaced. If you're like me, you LOVE setting big goals at the beginning of the year. ps: I love this about us:)The problem is, if you set your sights TOO HIGH and consistently don't reach your goals, you can end up losing confidence. Learning to trust yourself by doing what you say you will do, builds self-worth. After revisiting the dreams I wrote down in January, I've had to come to terms with the truth: I'm not going to reach some of them.So, instead of telling you to push HARDER for the last stretch of 2023, I'm sharing three goals that I DIDN'T reach, and how I am reframing these "failures" before setting intentions in the new year.Tune in for a (slightly embarrassing) list of unreached goals...
