At the beginning of of the year I broke down my annual planning process. Its an in depth assignment I started doing to help me stay on track, and keep my goals in mind. Because in the past I have done a lot of planning and dreaming, but not so much action taking.This exercise helps me ACTUALLY work towards my goals. There is a huge misconception about manifesting– that you can just think about things and they will come to you.
Thats not the case. Its mindset PAIRED with action that makes dreams come true.

I had never considered this view point before. A lot of businesses are born from a problem someone solved for themselves. And this starting spark makes it easy to relate to the customer you are selling to.
But what if you’re creating a product for a demographic that you can't quite relate to?As a founder of a demi-fine jewellery brand, most of my customers are those who have disposable income. I am grateful to have made amazing friends with some of my customers.
