What I learned from Failed Collaborations

Collaborating is a huge part of how I grow my business. Its also how I learn new ideas, stay relevant and inspired, and build connections.
But they can go really wrong. And though I am lucky that I have had the honour to team up with some incredible brands and influencers, there have been partnerships that fell apart last minute, and projects that never made the deadline.

Resiliency: How to come back STRONGER with Dominique Baker

Several years ago I was scrolling on IG and came across an account. Instantly I felt welcomed. In the fashion and beauty space it's a fine line to create inspirational content while fostering community. Dominique Baker is one of those influencers who creates content FOR her audience.
 
Over the last few years I have watched her overcome obstacles with grace, uplift others, and remain open and vulnerable. After being cancelled and viciously attacked online, she not only bounced back, but bounced back STRONGER.
