Why Measuring Your Progress MATTERS

My most downloaded episode is Episode 4. It's the episode where I tell the story about hiding in a washroom at an event because I felt like such an IMPOSTER.

I was recently back at that same venue. And I went back into that washroom, and took a selfie.

It's silly, but this photo is my proof of progress.

At the end of the day, only you know what you have accomplished. Which is why it matters that you track how far you've come.

This week I'm talking about the importance of doing hard things, and documenting the journey to yourself.
