Why Being COMPETITIVE is a Good Thing

For a long time, I hid the fact that I was a competitive person. I've been competitive since I was little-- but it wasn't until recently that I started honouring my desire to win.

There is a misconception about competition and this week I am explaining why wanting to win is good for everyone in the running.
