Congruency: why does it matter?

As I have grown my business, my values have changed. Things I thought were important no longer are, and new values have become drivers in my business and life.

The thing that has surprised me the most is this: Congruency matters, A LOT.

Saying you are one thing and acting the opposite makes me wildly uncomfortable.
